In the design of this smart factory, a triangular truss structure was adopted, and all connection nodes were optimized to not only enhance the visual effect but also reduce steel usage by approximately 20%.

In this process, high-performance polycarbonate sheets were selected, effectively ensuring sufficient natural light while providing excellent impact resistance, offering both safety and transparency for the visitor passage. These polycarbonate sheets not only enhance the spatial brightness but also complement the modern and efficient design of the entire factory.

The polycarbonate panels are lightweight and transparent, effectively reducing the need for artificial lighting. Their lightweight characteristics also significantly decrease the amount of steel required, leading to substantial cost savings for the project. Through iterative testing and research involving model simulations and prototyping, customized connection node components were designed, incorporating drainage slopes to effectively mitigate the risks of material deformation due to extreme weather and temperature fluctuations. This design substantially enhances the stability and durability of the structure, ensuring safety and reliability under various climatic conditions.
